Il Tulipano is located in a countryside setting, far from the hustle and bustle of traffic, offering a peaceful escape. Less than 1 Km far is the nearest village, where you’ll find any kind of shop you might need. In the charming Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, a tourist but quiet and local village, there will be plenty of choice of coffee bars, family-run restaurants, pastry shops and gelaterias, fresh pasta shops, fruit and vegetable stores, grocery stores, bakeries, butcher and fishmonger’s shops. Starting from the authentic village of Termini, less than 2 Km far, you can do some of the best hikes in the area. The path to Punta campanella, a land of myths and legends, leads to the tip of the peninsula, where the Saracen Tower and the ruins of the Minerva Sanctuary. Here Ulysses was seduced by the Sirens. If you prefer a comfortable beach, with parking space nearby, Marina del Cantone, Nerano’s beach, is the perfect choice. Here you will also find picturesque restaurants where you can taste traditional dishes, like spaghetti with zucchini, and fresh fish at lunch and dinner. Just 10 Km far is the beautiful Sorrento, from where ferries and trains for visiting the famous archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, and Naples. In addition, the house is just 10 Km far as well from junction to Positano, where the breathtaking Amalfi Coast begins.
