It’s a family-run business: the project was born from the strong desire of the owner, Giuseppe, to offer international hospitality in his tuscany ancient house. This idea is supported by his fascinating and tireless wife Mara. The whole staff will be at guests disposal with courtesy and warmth.

Exposed wooden beams, period furniture, combined with modern comforts, give you a one-of-a-kind experience. The apartment, located on the ground floor, consists of a fully equipped kitchen (centuries ago it was an animal feeding through), living room with a fireplace with a beautiful cast iron wood stove, visible from the beds, a bathroom with window, shower and bidet. The apartment, of about 100 m2, is equipped with all comforts (unlimited wi-fi, air conditioning, mosquito nets, smart TV), but fully preserves its rural Tuscan spirit. The stone walls and wooden beams are original from the 18th century, the floor is in rough antique terracotta, and there are period furniture of great value, such as the 19th century paintings. The view from all the windows is of the surrounding garden and the private street around. The patio, equipped with outdoor furniture (table, umbrella, barbecue), gives you the relax in a very quiet space.

By car: 10 minutes from the Saturnia spa, 30 minutes from Argentario, 1 hour from Lake Bolsena and Mount Amiata: it is the ideal place to set off to discover the food and wine, cultural and landscape pearls of the Tuscan Maremma.
