Our guesthouse is located in a lovingly renovated former textile factory, blending rustic industrial charm with cozy country style. You'll find three spacious, individually decorated rooms, two shared bathrooms, and a large terrace overlooking nature – perfect for enjoying breakfast or simply relaxing. On cooler days, a warm and welcoming indoor space is available. The atmosphere is peaceful, open, and surrounded by greenery – ideal for slowing down and feeling at home.

I'm Tom, your host – supported by my mother, father, my girlfriend Laura, and my brother Sidney. While we don't live in the house, we are often around and take care of everything together with love and attention. Our dogs Ruby and Snowy are also part of the family – friendly, calm, and always happy to meet new guests. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing this special place with you.

We’re located in the green heart of Umbria, just below the beautiful hilltop village Monte Castello di Vibio, officially recognized as one of the “Borghi più belli d’Italia” – the most beautiful villages in Italy. Within 30–45 minutes you can reach highlights like Todi, Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi, or the stunning Cascate delle Marmore waterfalls. Charming small villages and local markets with seasonal products also await. From our doorstep, you can hike or bike through the fields or along the Tevere River – perfect for those who love nature and authentic places.
