Double room "I Girasoli" – 20 sqm with a private entrance and bathroom with shower. A spacious common living area with a large table and a professional kitchen.​ ​The first floor includes: Apartments "Le Rose" and "I Gigli" – 60 sqm each, featuring a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower, a loft room with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a two-seater sofa. Apartments "Le Ginestre" and "I Lilla" – 60 sqm each, featuring a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a two-seater sofa. ​ Maximum capacity: 18 guests.
