Thanks to its strategic location, right in the city center and close to all services, restaurants, and beaches, this spacious sea-view apartment is the perfect choice for a seaside stay full of comfort and relaxation.
The accommodation consists of: living room with sofa bed, double bedroom and bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, kitchen, large equipped terrace, and balcony with sea view.
The apartment is located in a safe and elegant setting, close to all services, with a view of the port and the city center.
An elevator makes it easy to reach (please note: before the elevator, there are two short flights of stairs).
The apartment is equipped with every comfort and essential service:
-Wi-Fi, clean sheets and towels, fans in every room;
-Living room with TV and sofa bed;
-Fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, Italian moka, Nespresso machine, and kettle) and balcony with sea view;
-Double bedroom and twin bedroom, both with wardrobes and dressers, desk for smart working, ceiling lights with bulb (not LED), and fans;
-Bathroom with mirror, washing machine, shower, and bathtub;
-Large equipped terrace with a view over Oneglia.

Less than 2 minutes from Piazza Dante, the city center, and the Port, where there are many restaurants, pizzerias, and bars.
15 minutes on foot from the train station.
About 10 minutes on foot from Imperia’s free public beaches (pebble and gravel).
Two free parking areas nearby, both with surveillance cameras: precise directions will be provided upon booking (one less than 2 minutes away, the other about 7-8 minutes on foot).
