We are a small family business (property management in the name and on behalf of the owner) in the central-western part of the island of Sardinia: a beautiful and unspoilt coast, rich in culture and traditions, where to find peace, relax and enjoy authentic experiences through a selection of holiday homes a few steps from the sea.

Casa Rosa is front-beach property located in Sa Rocca Tunda, just 20 steps from the beach. It consists of two bedrooms (one double room, one room with one double bed plus one bunk bed), one bathroom, kitchen, living room and two outdoor areas with barbecue, shower and dining table. It also includes washing machine, air conditioning and mosquito nets.  Free street parking is available by the property. Coming by car or renting a car is highly recommended to reach this property and to get around. If you need a taxi, we can book this for you, from/to the airport and also during your stay. Our check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00. If you wish to check in earlier, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Late check-ins, from 21:00 to 24:00, are possible prior approval, but may be subject to an extra charge.

Sa Rocca Tunda is ideal for those seeking relaxation and tranquillity away from the chaos of the most crowded holiday resorts. Large spaces and shallow waters make it suitable for families with children. Sa Rocca Tunda extends at the foot of the Capo Mannu promontory, in the northern part of the Sinis peninsula, next to a small village of houses and dirt roads in the San Vero Milis area. The beach, about one kilometres long, is part of the Sinis marine protected area and it's bathed by a turquoise sea. You can contemplate this panorama by staying at our Casa Rosa.
