A warm and cozy home located in the historic center of Pescocostanzo, a picturesque medieval village renowned for its rich history, art, and culinary traditions. Perfect for families and couples, it provides a peaceful retreat while being just a short walk from all the town's main attractions. The house consists in 2 large and bright double bedrooms that overlook a pretty square on the side of the street; the first with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe; the second with single beds and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine that can be used as needed. The living area includes a sitting room with a HD TV corner sofa and a dining table that comfortably accommodates 4 people and a nice kitchen equipped with everything you need. To get the access to the apartment you have to open a condo door and go up a flight of stairs.

You are allowed to arrive by car and park it for unloading luggage while respecting the times of the pedestrian area set by the municipality. Outside the pedestrian area near the house there is the paid public parking Santa Maria delle Grazie a 2-minute walk (150 m), the payment is only in winter and summer months . Alternative is the free parking at Piazzale delle Corriere, a 5-minute walk away. (700 m)
