The house is in a very central location, about 30 m from the Duomo, and includes a free reserved parking space in a large internal courtyard. You won’t need a car—or public transport—to explore the historic centre, with its architecture, squares, wine bars, and restaurants that make the capital of the Langhe so unique. You’ll also find a supermarket just 15 m away. In 3 minutes you’ll reach the train station and the bus stop. It will be my pleasure to meet you. Giorgio.
Here’s the translation into English: --- I am an architect, and during the lockdown I fulfilled a long-time dream: to design and transform this house for my traveler friends. You will be most welcome, and I’ll be happy to personalize your stay according to your needs. The house is brand new and spacious. It will be a great pleasure to personally welcome you and do my best to make your stay just as you had imagined.
La "Casa da Gio'" dispone di un'ampia corte interna (accesso protetto da cancello passo carraio ) dove vi verrà riservato un posto auto gratuito per tutta la durata del soggiorno, non vi resterà che scaricare le valigie ed entrare. Sarete nel cuore della città e potrete dimenticarvi l'auto. Per qualsiasi necessità un piccolo ma comodo supermercato sarà esattamente a 2 minuti a piedi dalla casa. Ci saranno tantissimi locali e potrete scegliere tra la semplice osteria con cucina famigliare o il ristorante dalla cucina raffinata degno di uno stellato. Sarà un piacere darvi indicazioni sulle cantine da visitare o suoi numerosi castelli . Vi aspetterò a braccia aperte .
