Elegant liberty villa with furnished garden and direct lake view. Equipped with every comfort, it can accommodate up to 9 people. Composed of large living room, lounge, kitchen, dining room and toilet on the ground floor and n. 4 bedrooms (with TV) and n. 3 full bathrooms on the 1st floor. Swimming pool and equipped beach just 250 meters from the Villa . Located just 3 km from the city of Verbania and 18 km from Switzerland. Ideal base for trips and excursions and for relaxing holidays. Classic and elegant furniture. TV in every bedroom, in the living room and in the kitchen. Fully equipped laundry / ironing room. Large super-equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso. Outdoor area with well-kept lawn / garden and furnished with lounge for relaxing aperitifs.
