Positioned in a convenient position for both downhill and cross-country skiing, it is an isolated Stadel but equipped with all modern comforts such as to offer tranquility and privacy in a Walser atmosphere and Italian design. It is an apartment on 4 levels with three independent entrances, recentely renovated and tastefully furnished by Italian architects, maintaining the characteristic rascard structure typical of the Italian Walser agricultural house. Reinterpreted in a modern tourist key, ideal for one or two small families, it offers 100Mbs wi-fi Internet, Smart TV, SAT, DDT, two bathrooms, a large kitchen and a bright living room with a view and a fireplace. Outside, a large garden allows you to relax until the sun goes down. THE HOUSE CANNOT BE REACHED BY CAR. IT IS ABOUT 400 METRES FROM THE PUBLIC PARKING, WHERE YOU WILL LEAVE YOUR CAR AND WALK TO THE HOUSE ON A SHORT AND PANORAMIC PATH. Gressoney-La-Trinitè can be reached by car (3,5 km from the public parking) or on foot from the house with approximately 30 minute walk in the snow along the Lys creek.
