The structure, surrounded by greenery and near the Adige river, is about 15 minutes from Lake Garda overlooking the splendid villages of Peschiera del Garda, Lazise, Bardolino and Garda. In these locations there are the main attractions of the province of Verona, Sigurtà Park, Gardaland, Movieland Park, Caneva Aquapark, Garda Villa dei Cedri Thermal Park, Aquardens Terme di Verona and the Natura Viva Park. A 30 minute drive you can reach the city of Verona. The structure offers on the ground floor the reception and the common room where they are serve breakfasts. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed with a private bathroom and another bedroom with a double bed, also with a private bathroom but equipped with a sofa bed for the possible addition of a person. On the second floor the third bedroom with double bed, private bathroom and with the possibility of adding one or more people with a sofa bed. Outside there are two large sheds with armchairs and sofas. The structure also has a green space with olive trees and fruit trees of approximately 2400 m2 which surrounds part of the property.
