Welcome to our holiday home in Ameglia, located in a quiet residential area just 650 meters from the water. This is the perfect base for those looking to explore the wonders of Liguria and Tuscany. The house is spread over two floors and offers two comfortable double bedrooms—one with a French bed and the other with a standard bed—both equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. Guests have access to two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your meals: you will find electric stovetops, an oven, a refrigerator, glasses, plates, cutlery, pans, an American coffee machine, a classic moka, and a kettle. The house is situated in a very peaceful area, with a supermarket, pharmacy, pastry shop, ice cream parlor, and several bars just a 5-minute walk away. Free parking is available directly on the street.

In just a few minutes by car, you can reach Sarzana (10 minutes), Lerici (12 minutes), Versilia (20 minutes), Carrara (20 minutes), and Marina di Carrara (10 minutes). La Spezia, with its central train station, is only 25 minutes away, offering quick train connections to the Cinque Terre or Pisa. From La Spezia and Lerici, you can also take a ferry to explore the coast, Portovenere, and the Cinque Terre. In addition to the well-known destinations in the area, the Gulf of Poets offers hidden gems like Tellaro and San Terenzo. There are also lesser-known spots worth visiting, such as Bocca di Magra, Monte Marcello, Fosdinovo, and Massa. The strategic location of the house allows you to easily visit both Liguria and Tuscany, with the highway exits of Sarzana and Carrara just 10 minutes away.
