Just a few steps away: the remains of Augusta Prætoria and the departure point of the cable car to Pila. Ideal location for visiting Aosta and exploring the region. Free and paid street parking available, not guaranteed, and bus stop at 300 m. – LOCAL REGULATIONS: Every 7 nights of stay, a linen change and cleaning must be carried out, as required by Regional Law of May 29, 1996, No. 11, Chapter VII, Article 17, Paragraph 2, Letter a. During the online check-in process, payment of the tourist tax will be mandatory, as established by Regional Law of July 18, 2023, No. 10. During the online check-in process, payment of the stamp duty, where applicable, will be mandatory, as established by Presidential Decree of 26 October 1972, No. 642. During the online check-in process, it will also be required to upload a valid identity document (please check the expiry date on the document) for all guests, including minors, as provided for by Article 109 of the T.U.L.P.S. The historic village of Roman Bridge, also known as Stone Bridge, is located in a central and quiet location, ideal for visiting Aosta and easily reach the main tourist attractions of the region. - The location of the property allows you to explore comfortably on foot the center of Aosta and enjoy all that the city has to offer. A few meters away is the bus stop, which allows you to reach different destinations. - The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and does not have private parking; however, there are free and paid parking on the street, although their availability is not guaranteed. - Among the main points of interest: the historic center of Aosta is just a 5-minute walk away, the departure of the cable car to Pila can be reached in 15-20 minutes on foot. - Nearby attractions: the Bard Fort is 35 minutes by car, the Saint-Vincent Spa and the Casino of Saint-Vincent are 25 minutes away, while the Pont d'Aël, an ancient Roman aqueduct bridge, is 20 minutes away. For a spa experience, the Pré-Saint-Didier thermal baths are 35 minutes away, as well as the Pré-Saint-Didier waterfalls and the adventure park, which are about 40 minutes away. Finally, the spectacular Skyway Mont Blanc is a 35-minute drive away.
