Hello, I'm Vio Francesca. My family owns this property since more then 20 years. We start our Residence business with all our passion and love. We hope you will fell yourself as at your home here.

Thanks for have booked one of our Relais Residences Di la dal Fiume. You have chosen a special place, in the countryside, where you will find peace and relax. Our check-in time is from 2:300 pm to 7.00pm. If you should arrive later, please contact us at +39.0421.299.713. We ask you to inform us about any food allergies, so that our breakfast will cut to your needs. Our place have WiFi connection in everyroom. In our Garden you have the opportunity to play volleyball and Bocce and swimming in our 2 beautiful pools. Looking forward to host you in our place, Ciao! Family Vio Francesca

The relais is located near the city of Caorle, Jesolo, San Donà di Piave, where you will find an unlimited range of restaurants and shops for every need. Once you reach our hotel, we will advice and give you informations that would be useful to enjoy your holiday and our surrounding at best. To join and explore our fields and to reach the beach we offer you free bicycles in our hotel for you. Even by car or train not far from us, the splendid Venice is not to be missed, a place full of history and magic.
