Windermere River House asub Neriyamangalamis, 14 km kaugusel Cheeyappara joast. Kohapeal on välibassein, tasuta eraparkla, aed ja ühine puhkeruum. Terrassiga majutusasutuses on toateenindus. Majutusasutus pakub lennujaamatransporti ja jalgratta üürimise võimalust. Kuurordi tubades on privaatne vannituba, kus on tasuta tualetitarbed ja föön.
