Phase 1 is a 4BHK Villa whereas Phase 2 is a 6BHK Villa, resulting in a combination of 10 bedrooms. ☆ The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service. ☆ This villa is 2 min walk (200 mtrs) to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 10 AC bedrooms & 8 bathrooms with Private swimming pool + Pool table + Foosball Game Table + Carrom board. Free WiFi with 100-150 mbps speed. ☆ Villa has 6 king-size beds & 9 single beds (one room has 3 single beds): On request, single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed. Can Cater up to 31 people, with extra mattresses, extra cost applies, please confirm total number of people. ☆ Check in at 1.00 pm and Check out is 10.00 am. Flexibility is based on availability. ☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less.
