Centrally located, this is an ideal base, from which you can explore the magnificent south east and Ireland's oldest city, Waterford. I am surrounded by beautiful villages, town and cities, which are home to a vast array of attractions, amenities, walking, cycling and hiking trails, beaches, historic sites, scenic and picturesque nature parks, award winning restaurants and bars, wooded and river walks, museums, coastal drives, golf clubs and leisure centres and much, much more!! Your room is upstairs and has a private bathroom across the hall, featuring a jacuzzi bath. A large supply of toiletries are provided for your convenience. The room is east facing, so you can enjoy watching the sun rise, which is so beautiful and a great way to start the day. The double bed has a heated electric under blanket, with 3 heat settings. There are two window blinds, one for privacy and light, and the other is a black out blind, which creates a wonderful darkened room for rest and sleep. A variety of breakfast options are provided in the room, which has a mini fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave. You may park in the driveway when you arrive. Self-check in is facilitated and access to the property is via a lock box, which contains the front door key. I will provide the access code before you arrive. Portlaw is a beautiful place, with fabulous attractions, a lovely Bistro, bars, a Chinese take away, pizza and fish and chip take aways, grocery stores, a Pharmacy, a Library, a Credit Union, hairdressers, a garage, a Post Office and a Heritage Centre, all within walking distance. The neighbourhood is very friendly and welcoming.
