This cosy and bright cottage offers tranquil and comfortable self-catering accommodation in Ireland and sleeps comfortably 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children: Property layout – Ground floor: Open-plan modern kitchen Dining area Living area: the comfortable sofa opens and can sleep another adult or 1-2 children Property layout – First floor: Bedroom 1: king-size sleeping 2 with stunning view overlooking Shannon Estuary Modern family bathroom with fitted shower, hand basin and WC WIFI is provided (Netflix login option available) and towels are provided. Communal utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board is available for our guests. Enjoy stunning river and castle views from your private garden area - garden furniture is provided. These holiday homes accept a maximum of 1 dog on request. Charges are payable on site to the Property Manager @25. Reserve your dog at the time of booking via our call centre as your dog will not be accepted without prior confirmation.

A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival.
