This includes—but is not limited to—bookings for workers, underage guests, third-party bookings, or reservations made by charities or similar organisations without full disclosure at the time of booking. If such information is not disclosed and the booking is deemed inappropriate, we reserve the right to refuse check-in, and any advance payments will be forfeited. Furthermore, Trident Holiday Homes is not liable if a property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer comparable alternative accommodation or a full refund. This holiday home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: Open-plan living area Dining area Kitchen area Bathroom with shower Property layout – First Floor : Bedroom 1: queen ensuite bedroom, sleeping 2 Bedroom 2: bunk bed, sleeping 2 Bedroom 3: bunk bed, sleeping 2 Step outside through the patio doors to enjoy dining al fresco or relaxing in the rear lawned garden. There is a children’s playground onsite. The Lighthouse Bar & Restaurant is located next to this holiday home and provides a wonderful dining experience overlooking the Hook Head and Dunmore East Harbour.

A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival.
