The living space includes a kitchen housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, a living/dining room with woodburning stove and dining area, and a first-floor snug with TV. Please note: Heat and electricity by meter reading payable by guests on departure. The bedrooms include two doubles and two singles, serviced by a shower room. To the outside is off-road parking for 2 cars and a lawned garden with furniture. This property does not accept pets or smoking. Within 2.7 miles there is a shop and within 1.6 miles, a pub. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Heat and electricity by meter reading payable by guests on departure. A travel cot is available. Note: There is no WiFi. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Lackaroe Cottage is a splendid escape, whatever time of year. The guest will have to pay for there use of fuel and power at the end of their stay, as its on a meter Please note: This property does not accept groups of workers/tradespeople.

The 15th-century Garrykennedy Castle Harbour ruins is a popular site for tourists to store their boats and explore the gorgeous region, which includes a playground, contemporary harbour, and various barbecue spots. Larkins restaurant and Roy Breen Public House are known for their traditional food and live music. Stock up on basics at the Portroe convenience store south of Garrykennedy. Nenagh's castle, heritage centre, cinema, and supermarkets are nearby. Further along Lough Derg's shoreline is Dromineer, where you may visit Aqua Splash waterpark and Dromineer Castle. Killaloe lies further south for further water sports.
