IMPORTANT INFORMATION ✅ Kitchen Access – Ensuite single rooms do not include access to a kitchen. ✅ Cooling – Rooms are not equipped with air-conditioning or fans. ✅ Support – 24-hour assistance is available via telephone and email. ✅ Bedding & Toiletries – Bedding, towels, and a starter pack of toiletries are provided at check-in.
