Partying that leads to defecation of bodily fluids that ruin the room and linen or stain the ambiance will result in a non refundable cancelation and additional charges of a damage policy can be applied. The maximum we request in damage fees is €252 per stay. Also the rules state Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM which can result in being removed from the property without a refund and rejected service.
