The deposit will be return max 24 hours after check out via transfer. The deposit will be reduced if there's a damage or loss item in our property. This house have maximal 5 bed room. The number of room that will be open as well as the price will be different depending on the number of person you'll input. 1 - 4 person : 2 bed room on the second floor will be open. 2 queen bed (4 person) & 3 sofabed (3 person). 5 - 6 person : 3 bed room (1 on the first floor and 2 on the third floor) will be open. 6 single bed (6 person) & 2 sofabed (2 person). 7 - 10 person : 5 bed room will be open. 6 single bed (6 person), 2 queen bed (4 person) & 3 sofabed (3 person). For your convenience please input the number of person that actually will stay in our house.
