The flat has 53sqm, totally renovated with new furniture, on the 11 floor. The rooms are separate. 1 living room + 1 bedroom, kitchen, separate bathroom and restroom. The flat has a balcony with an excellent view to the Buda side of the city. You can see the Castle District from the bedroom and the kitchen windows. I furnised the appartment like I have been made for me:)) so it's very cozy, modern, comfortable with soft carpets in each room. When I saw from the 11th floor the nice view I decided to buy in the kitchen two bar chairs with a high table, so you could see the city drinking your morning coffe or afternoon tee. About me: I am working as online marketing manager. Before paralell I was an event organizer too. This kind of "job" to rent an appartment is a mixture of working online and organizing. So I love it very much. I live in Budapest's outer district near the airport in a family house together with my family. I have three children's, two boys and a girl. The girl is student, and the boys are at school. In my free time I enjoy to read and relax. On our longer holidays we use to travel together. Usually we are organizing the holidays for our self, and it is a great pleasure for us to pass on to our guests the meticulous attentiveness which we meat during our travels. Working in the Buda side of the city I am traveling trough the city and the Danube day by day. Every time I am thinking that I am so lucky to live in such a nice city. With renting our flat, I think that I could help more people to see Budapest's sights and all the beauties of this city.

The surrounding is safe, quiet and the infrastructure excellent. The M3 metro line and the tram 50 stops nearby. The KÖKI Terminal Metro station is 5 -7 min. walk, the tram 50 stops near the building. With bus nr. 200 you have direct connection to the airport. Budapest downtown you could reach in 15-20 min with M3 metro line. If you remain in the center till evening you can go home beside taxis, with night buses too, which runs near the flat all night. For shoppings there are two big Supermarkets near the flat: Spar and Lidl and a farmacy too. There are two Malls nearby. One is the Köki Terminal (5-7 min walk), the other the Shopmarkt (2 tram stops). Near are too restaurants: Laguna Sushi Bar, a very nice restaurant named Gulliver, and a turkish fast food too. If it is important for you to buy fresh food the market is aprox. 250-300 m from the flat.
