In a romantic small town on the island of Krk, in a quiet area, hidden from the hustle and bustle of the city, is situated this brand new luxury villa that can accommodate a total of 10 guests. The spacious villa consists of a ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa that can comfortably sleep two guests, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, etc.), a toilet and a children's playroom with a playstation. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed, 3 bathrooms and 2 terraces. In the garden of the villa there is a swimming pool with sun loungers, a table with chairs and a gas barbecue. Free parking and WI-FI are provided, and pets are welcome. The villa is 500 meters from the beach, restaurants and the town center. This modern villa is the perfect choice for all those who want to enjoy the Mediterranean climate, crystal clear sea, long walks, excellent restaurants and tourist attractions.
