Traditional island villa where tradition meets modernity at a truly unique, remarkable location on Lošinj Island, situated on the west side of the island, town Mali Losinj, in Park Forest Čikat, just a 30 meters from the peaceful, free of charge pebble - sand beaches; Golden bay - Zlatna uvala and Slatina beach with natural shadow from pine forest. In radius 500 m from the house there are more than 12 very nice nature free of charge pebble and sand beaches. Mentioned beach (Zlatna uvala) is very quiet even in the highest season. The house and furnished garden full of Mediterranean plants (400 square meters) are completely framed by a 200 year old high stone wall so you can enjoy in full privacy and peace. The only "noise" is from waves, wind, birds and crickets. As our guests you can rent 2 electrical bicycles for a reasonable price ( per day ) and SUP board. In addition to 3 bedrooms, a modern equipped kitchen, dining/living room with SAT TV, WiFi and two bathrooms, you will find the garden barbecue ( gas is free ), garden shower and table tennis. Villa is for max 6 guests and this number includes adults and children older than 5 years. Children are considered adults. The house is not suitable for guests in the wheelchairs and children in strollers! At your arrival, please prepare a damage deposit in cash. Pets ( just 1 dog, small breed - max 10 kg and older than 1 year ) are welcome with prior requests. Dangerous breeds are not welcome. Air conditioners are in all 3 bedrooms. All windows and the bedroom doors have integrated anti mosquito nets. The house and entrance has its own free lighted CCTV secured parking place for 2 vehicles. Please do not bring water with you. Lošinj has fresh natural drinking water. To avoid stressful situations, please note once again that we will not host more people than is our total allowed capacity ( 6 people ), more pets and heavier as allowed and a different name than the name at reservation.

Dear guests, welcome to our holiday villa! We live on the property but in the separate part with separate entrance and as our guests you will have all the privacy you wish! On 4. March 2021, we received the recognition of excellence and the label "Stay safe in Croatia" because we provided all safety and health standards for holiday homes in accordance with the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Tourism. This year we get a special certificate from our Ministry of Tourism and Croatian Tourist Board as experts in family hosting and for promoting island Losinj, local culture, architecture and products. We are also very sport active and we will suggest you active personal itinerary cause island Lošinj and Losinj archipelago is a great place for many outdoor activities as well as culture and culinary pleasure.

Because of really special unique location - Park forest Čikat ( south-west side of Mali Lošinj ) and without neighborhood, many guests are positive shocked when they see almost lonely beaches in front of the villa as well as the scents of sea and forest, silence and sounds only from the nature. Birds, sea waves, crickets. In this part of the island and our garden you will enjoy stunning sunsets which are in the many promo tourist guides. As our guests you will be the only habitats and "keepers" in the bay. If you wish to go to the center, Mali Lošinj, it is 20 minutes walking, 10 minutes by bicycle and 5 minutes by car. A mild climate, rich biodiversity, a pleasant environment and 550 healthy plants and herbs – these are just some of the reasons why Lošinj has become famous as the island of health and vitality in the international market.
