Old Town Tower Studio is located in a picturesque square called the Fruit Square in the very heart of the city, in a 200 year old stone house. The apartment is just few steps away from Diocletian's Palace, famous UNESCO protected heritage, and a few steps away from Riva, the main sea promenade. All main city attractions and beauties, restaurants, coffee bars, supermarkets, fast foods are just a step away. Your windows look at the St Duje cathedral and ancient Venetian Tower built in 1441. It is five to ten minutes walk to the main bus station, ferry port and train station so it is easy to go on a trip from here. Popular sandy Bačvice beach is five to ten minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is freshly renovated (May 2017) as well as the original stone wall. It acomodates two people on the double bed (160*200) and two on the pull sofa bed if needed. Wardrobe, refrigerator, 2 hotplates, air conditioning, free Wi-fi ADSL internet is provided, as well as a big screen LCD TV, bathroom with shower. The mini kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and eat food for yourself, and the apartment is equipped with everything you need for living. 30m2.
