Originally purchased and completely renovated in 2013/2014, our home seamlessly blends modern comforts with old-world charm. Over the years, we have continuously updated and upgraded the property, ensuring it retains its historic character while providing contemporary amenities. This past winter, we undertook our latest renovation, enhancing the upstairs apartment kitchen area and bathroom, as well as updating the single room cabinetry and bathroom. We also installed new windows and doors to improve both comfort and aesthetics. Our location offers the best of both worlds: the tranquility of Marjan Park, perfect for nature walks and relaxation, and the vibrant atmosphere of Split's historic old town, with its beautiful architecture and lively culture. I am a Croatian-American who has been living in Croatia for 12 years, and I absolutely love it here. The lifestyle is wonderful, and the culture is rich and vibrant. The people are incredibly friendly, making it easy to feel at home. One of my favorite places is Marjan Park, where I often go to relax and enjoy nature. The Adriatic Sea offers stunning views and perfect spots for swimming. I enjoy playing soccer, savoring delicious food, and admiring the beautiful architecture. Walking through the old town is a special pleasure, as I love exploring its historic charm and discovering something new each time.

Little Palmina is located in charming Varoš, known for its labyrinthine alleyways, medieval churches, and white stone houses dotting the slopes of Marjan Hill. Just 250 meters from Marjan Forest Park, an expansive green space with shady trails, running track, pebble beaches, and panoramic views of the harbor and Riva (Vidilica), plus an old Jewish Cemetery. And just 500 meters from the old town and Diocletian's Palace which is a well-preserved ancient Roman complex built by Emperor Diocletian in the early 4th century AD. It combines elements of a luxurious villa and a military fortress. Today, it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a vibrant part of Split's historic center, featuring notable structures like the Peristyle, the Cathedral of Saint Domnius, and the Temple of Jupiter. And packed full of restaurants, cafes and shops.
