Kuća se sastoji od dvije smještajne jedinice – dva apartmana, uređena je kao oaza mira i opuštanja. Nalazi se u samom centru Krka, na 100 metara od gradske rive, a opet u mirnom okruženju povijesne jezgre grada Krka i na manje od 300 m od najbliže plaže. Najbliža zračna luka, Zračna luka Rijeka, udaljena je 21 km od Case Aurelia. Objekt uz nadoplatu organizira uslugu prijevoza iz/do zračne luke Gostima je u kući na raspolaganju besplatan Wi Fi, te gosti apartmana mogu koristiti besplatno privatno parkiralište. Apartman „Aurelia Desing“ je više etažni apartman sa jednom spavaćom sobom, ( iznimno veliki bračni krevet, mogućnost postavljanja dva pomoćna kreveta na zahtjev gosta, wolk in ormar), dnevni boravak ( 1 kauč na rasklapanje za 2 osobe), potpuno opremljenu kuhinju s hladnjakom i električnim kuhalom, blagovaonicu, 1 kupaonicu s tušem i sušilom za kosu, 1 toalet, natkrivenu terasu, klima uređaj u svakoj prostoriji, te u zimskom razdoblju podno grijanje.
