This villa is an elegant two-storey building built in 2018. It features a large garden, an outdoor heated pool and a space specially fitted out for children to play. It can ideally accommodate eight people, while exceptionally two additional guests can be accommodated. Each of the luxuriously equipped four bedrooms has its own spacious and modern bathroom. What distinguishes this villa from other facilities is the exclusive view of the sea and the city. The villa is equally visually attractive during day or night, when the impression is especially enhanced by the lighting. The exterior design faithfully follows the interior design, where the same modern style reigns in the bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathrooms. Guests can relax on six sun loungers located by the pool or in one of the two hanging wicker baskets. You can also dine outside in the covered dining room with a table for six people after you prepare your delicacies on the grill. In the villa you will find a special room for leisure where you can play table tennis, darts or table soccer. Upon check in, you will have to pay the security deposit of 1000 euros. The deposit will be returned to you at check out, if there is no damage in the property.

The luxury villa is located in the picturesque town of Kučine, near the town of Solin, near Split. The coast and its beautiful beaches are a half hour walk away.
