Χαλαρώστε σε αυτόν τον ήρεμο, κομψό χώρο μόλις 40 χιλιόμετρα από το κέντρο της Αθήνας. Η βίλα μας, συνδυάζει το βουνό και την θάλασσα και είναι ιδανική για μοναδικές στιγμές ξεκούρασης και άνεσης με απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα. Επιπλέον, επιτυγχάνεται η απεριόριστη θέα από κάθε σημείo του σπιτιoύ, δημιουργώντας έτσι την απόλυτη αίσθηση ξεκούρασης. Η κατασκευή της βίλας ολοκληρώθηκε μόλις τον Ιούνιο του 2023. Στόχος μας ήταν να δημιουργηθεί ένας χωρός που θα προσφέρει άνεση, ηρεμία, χαλάρωση και απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα. Η Villa Scorpios αποτελείται από 2 ορόφους και διαθέτει 4 υπνοδωμάτια με διπλά κρεβάτια, 4 μπάνια, ένα wc, μία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ένα καθιστικό. Όλοι οι εξωτερικοί χώροι, όπως και η πισίνα με θέα στη θάλασσα, είναι για αποκλειστική χρήση των επισκεπτών της βίλας.
