With stunning views of the Zakynthos coastline and across the sapphire blue water to Kefalonia in the distance, Levandi is a luxurious and private villa ideal for a Mediterranean beach vacation. It’s just a 2-minute drive down to Climati beach and only 8 minutes in the car to Agios Nikolaos harbor, with its traditional waterside tavernas. Spacious and comfortable, we recommend this property for large families or a group on vacation. Below the villa is the private pool and a studio bedroom with its own bathroom and kitchenette, ideal for anyone requiring a little privacy from the rest of the party. Each of the five bedrooms has a wonderful sea view, while the living area opens onto a sunny terrace. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped, and for barbeques there is the large open grill behind the house. The main dining terrace is also here, shaded for comfort in the heat of the day and a secluded spot to gather as evening falls. Tucked away on the end of a short but steep road, Levandi has a sense of privacy despite being one of three detached villas in this delightful spot. It has an individual entrance and swimming pool from the neighboring Meli and Yesmi villas. Days out Climiti beach is a beautiful pebble cove with clear brilliantly water. It is one of the more peaceful beaches on the island and perfect for confident swimmers and for snorkeling. For sophisticated dining, there are several upmarket options along the shoreline between Levandi and the port offering a modern twist on classic Greek cuisine.
