This is a huge villa (270m²/2900 ft²) right next to the center of Rethymnon, very close to the beach with spectacular and panoramic views of the sea and the castle. Very open and bright spaces. - 5 big bedrooms - 4 big balconies + a huge terrace of 55m²/592ft² with breathtaking views - 3 family bathrooms(1 with a big bath tub) - Playroom with billiard, mini soccer, arrow target, map and more - Huge living room with fireplace + dinning room - 2 kitchens - Bar - Mini Cretan museum - Mini library The villa is inclouding all conveniences of a real house: fresh bed linens, towels, shampoo, shower gel, disposable slippers - free of charge! On your request: baby bed, baby chair and baby toys - free of charge! The villa is equipped with and provides: free parking, wifi, cable TV(with English channels - sports- documentaries), cooking utensils, dish washer, toaster, coffee maker, boiler, blender, microwave, manual juicer
I am a social and energetic person! I like to meet new people from all over the world, share stories and guide them around the beauties of Crete and especially the city of Rethymnon.
This is a quite neighborhood, as the house is next to a large field. The beach is about 7 minutes walk away. Down the road (500meters walk) there is a mini market for your basic supplies and a big supermarket 1.5klm away from home. In the same road, there is also a mini cafeteria that offers good quality and a big quantity of coffee, 2 of the top 5 restaurants in town and a really beautiful cocktail bar. All of them right next to the sea. A bank ATM machine is available little before reaching the city center and also a big supermarket. The best things you can do are either to go to the nearest beach (about 7 minutes by foot) or to the old town(5 minutes by car, about 20-25 minutes on foot). In additional, you can surely enjoy the restaurants, cocktail bar and cafeteria.
