The building is a fully renovated traditional summer house, in contact with the beach and the thermal springs & spa.,at the village of Therma. Such summer houses (even the tiny fireplaces have been kept) were originally built by local builders to accommodate the need of families for summer baths in the nearby thermal springs They are of a special one-room type since most of the summer activities in the Greek Archipelago were outdoors. The apartment suits the needs of younger families and companies since it is small but fully equipped. It also fits the needs of everyone who can climb the upper rank bed.

Therma is a celebrated spa village known from the antiquity. Ruins of baths of the Roman era are located nearby and they are easily accessible on foot. Extrtemely friendly locals greet from their heart especially in periods off the main season. Thermal waters is therapeutic and local spa people will be happy to offer you any info needed. The small beach, well protected from the winds , has graded as "extremely good swimming waters" by EU authorities. The area is great for walking and light trekking in the surroundings. The severe countryside offers great views of the volcanic past. In summer many boat tours are offered around the island as well as surrounding islands. The small village offers everything for the first needs of a guest and it is at walking distance from the main port of Agios Kirikos and 12 km from the airport.
