There is also a large family bathroom, utility room and laundry area. Don't forget the magnificent garden, olive grove and expansive views of the Aegean sea! This house is a real gem for families with young children looking for comfort without compromising the on the style. UPSTAIRS When you get upstairs, you are welcomed by beautiful double bedroom with en suite bathroom surrounded by two magnificent and generous in size sun terraces. Ideal place for a morning yoga or some quiet time with a book. Each terrace has a unique vibe and is used as an extension to your room. PARKING There is a large parking space in front of the house that can easily fit three cars. GARDEN The terraced garden is the heart of the house and a place to find your heaven. We've designed Villa Botanica with kids in mind and it is our little paradise on earth where we like to come to catch a breath with our two little boys. We are so happy to share it with other families, who we know will love it as much as we do.

The fishing town of Aliki is the perfect place to keep an eye on the kids while they have fun and play inn sand and you enjoy something to eat or drink at one of the tavernas on the beach. Warm, shallow, crystal clear waters and some of the best beaches nearby, including the Farangas Beach Club nearby make it the most desirable location on the island. A great view over Aliki Bay with dozens of small fishing boats swaying gently on the Aegean Sea. ​ Beach services: excellent fish taverns and restaurants and shops and there are no sunbeds.
