Welcome to my central, sunny place, located in Neapoli, 10 min from Lycabetus hill and from one of the most vibrant areas in Athens, and only a half an hour walk to the historic center and the archaeological sites, with an easy access to the metro network and other public transport services. The apartment, with private bathroom for the guests, offers a great view of the city, and Acropolis view from the roof. Your bedroom and your private living area have balconies, where smoking is allowed. Mini market (open 7 days a week until 11pm) and candy store in 30 meters from the apartment Supermarket in 5 minutes walk Traditional coffee shop 30 meters away Backery in 3 minutes walk Grocery's in 3 minutes walk restaurants, coffee shops and bars in 5-10 minutes walk. The apartment is 100 square meters and ideal to have guests. The interior design allows to each part to have its own living area. The living area that is exclusively reserved for you during your stay has a sliding door you can use to have your privacy. The guest bedroom provides a lot of privacy, as you reach it througt a corridor that used exclusively by you. At the end of this corridor is also your private bath room. The room is airconditioned, bright, quiet and peaceful. The balcony door of the bedroom has rollers that can completely darken the room... The room has also heating for the winter. The apartment, which is very sunny and quiet, and especially your bedroom and your living area, has balconies in all rooms with amazing view and insect screens in all balcony doors... Access provided also to the terrace on my side of the apartment, where you can enjoy your coffee, drink or dinner with the beautifull view of Lycabettus hill, as you can see on the pictures. This terrace is sunny from sunrise to late afternoon. At the balcony of your bedroom and your living area, you can enjoy more sun after 1-2 pm, and of course the (sometimes breathtaking) sunset...

Starting from my apartment, you can have a walk on Lycabetus hill or in its woods, to find an amazing view of the whole Attiki metropolitan area on top of it. To the center of Exarchia, which is a bohemian neighborhood with plenty of taverns, cafes, bars and entertainment, it is a 10 mins walk, to Syntagma square 20 mins, half an hour to the old town "Plaka", and from there another 10 mins up to the Acropolis.
