The home is furnished with treasured handmade pieces and the exterior is clad in timber panelling. The house is situated in a lush green environment, with a beautiful garden, ideal for family vacation,tranquility and relaxation.There is a small dock right in front of the house for boat owners, a barbecue and private parking on-site.Unlike similar properties at the area, what makes this property stand out, is that it is privately fenced and you do not get to share the garden and yard with anyone else.Most important is the direct and private access to the beach

The most important feature of the home is the direct and private access to the beach from the garden by the stone stairs. The style of the house is traditional and country rustic, providing all the necessary amenities. There is a bedroom with a double bed (1,60x2,00) another bedroom with with a couch that turns into a very comfy double bed (1,40x2,00) and two other sofa beds very comfy for sleeping. There is also another room, the living room with two other separate beds. The house is ideal for relaxation and enjoying the unique sea view garden and the beach right in front of the house. It is the perfect choice for families, particularly with children and babies. There is private access from the garden to the beach and outdoor garden shower, so that you can rinse off after enjoying your swimming. The property is ideal for those who wish to fish everyday, go scuba-diving and surfing.There is a stone built barbecue at the yard, with a built-in kitchenette, a fridge and a big dining table on the veranda above the beach. We also provide our guests a complementary SUP, so they can go canoyning around the wonderful beaches of Vourvourou! The total property is 400m2 and the house is 75m2.
