The landscape is quite and serene with beautiful views on the sea and mountains. However, there are currently a few constructions nearby that do not seem to be in progress at the moment.
Moreover, the road leading to the villa is rural with a couple of rough parts only for 700 m. A 4-wheel drive is not necessary though.
