Prioritizing eco-friendliness, adjustable ceiling fans replace air conditioning, taking advantage of the natural cool climate of the area, due its elevation. TVs are not included by default, but are available to our guests upon request. Breakfast is provided during July and August upon request. Kindly note that according to the accommodation’s policies there is a fully refundable* damage deposit of 300.00 Euros, payable in cash upon arrival, applicable for all guests in case of serious damage to the property and all items therein. *The damage deposit is refunded on the day of departure after the relevant inspection of the property. ***Breakfast is offered from May 15 to October 15, upon extra charge. Breakfast includes chicken or spinach pie, toast, orange juice, milk, cake and eggs.***
