Windrush boasts a prime elevated position with big sea views overlooking Mawgan Porth. The house sleeps eight people and has five bedrooms; one king-size double, and two singles on the ground floor with sitting room, dining room, kitchen and family bathroom. One double bedroom and a twin with an ensuite shower room are on the first floor. The balcony with garden furniture plus lawn and pond makes a great outdoor space for relaxation. There is off road parking for three cars and a garage for storage. Just a 10 minute stroll from the sandy beach and facilities of Mawgan Porth, Windrush makes a sunny sanctuary close to the coast. Note: No The property is in an elevated position and although it has ground floor accommodation there is a path with shallow steps to negotiate in order to reach the property from the car parking area.

Mawgan Porth boasts golden sands set against the dramatic landscape of cliffs and caves, topped with the coastal footpath with spectacular views over the north Cornish shoreline. Get set with nets and buckets to explore rock pools or hire a board and join the surf school for some wet fun, with lifeguards on patrol during the main season. For those that seek a more leisurely escape, enjoy the Spa facilities at The Scarlet Hotel and The Bedruthan Hotel. After any activity, there is refreshment to be had at the beach cafe and restaurant.
