Victoria House is in the heart of Worcester City Centre and only a stone's throw away from Foregate Street Station. If you're here on a business trip, visiting friends or even enjoying the local tourist attractions this will be the perfect place for you to stay for a night away or a long term stay. It is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with new fixtures and fittings throughout, finished in a modern style with artistic flare and home-touches to ensure that you are guaranteed to have a marvellous stay. (Please note, the photos are representative of the style of our apartments, since this apartment is newly refurbished, we are awaiting photos). The master bedroom includes a King size bed and a smart tv, the 2nd bedroom includes a double bed and a smart tv. The kitchen is fully equipped, the dining area has seating for up to 5 guests (max 4 adults and 1 child), the lounge area includes a sofa bed and dedicated workspace with monitor. The family bathroom includes a bath/shower, the apartment also comes with free wifi. We provide a limited number of free private parking spaces on site (subject to availability and on a first come first served basis). Please note that there is no elevator in this building. Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

The apartment is situated in the heart of the city centre close to all amenities, including restaurants, bars, shops and with transport links on the doorstep. There is a small supermarket 25 yards across from the apartment for your convenience. With only a 7 minutes walk you can have a lovely stroll along the river, take a boat trip or just sit outside one of the lovely restaurant/hotels and watch the world go by. Close to the river there is also a Theatre with a lovely restaurant close by to fully enjoy the experience. Located in the same area is Worcester racecourse where you can enjoy the racing during summer or even festivals, fairs and events such as bonfire night year round.
