“Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das kleine Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. In der Nähe gibt es jede Menge Möglichkeiten, mit dem Hund spazieren zu gehen. Cambridge ist mit dem Auto, in ca 35 Minuten, sehr einfach zu erreichen.”

This thoughtfully designed 59 sqm detached annexe offers a comfortable and modern living space. The open-plan layout ensures a bright and airy feel, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a self-catering stay. Guests can unwind in the cozy lounge, enjoy a restful night in the two well-appointed bedrooms, and benefit from the convenience of a washer and heating. Pet lovers are welcome too—we allow up to 2 well-behaved pets for a 35 GBP per pet, per week. Just let us know in advance if you're bringing furry friends so we can help make their stay just as comfortable. Just a quick note: the lawn and garden area is shared with the owner's main house and is not gated. Please be mindful when letting your pets out without a leash. 此住宿的住客须知

Once a reservation is confirmed, Payment is collected 13 day prior to your arrival (accommodation fee and cleaning fee included). You can cancel for free up to 14 days prior to arrival. The lead guest must complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload at least 1 ID before check-in. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check in date. For stays over 10 days, you are expected to have interim cleans/linen change (frequency to be agreed depending on length of stay) for an extra fee. A damage deposit of £350 is required. The property charges this 2 days before check-out. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 working days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties event.
