From Newborough, you can take the toll road or walk through Newborough Forest to the sandy beach and stroll to Llanddwyn Island, the romantic home of Santes Dwynwen, the patron saint of Welsh lovers. The impressive National Trust property Plas Newydd is well worth a visit, whilst children will love the nearby Foel Farm Park.
