Hi Thanks for reading. I have really enjoyed being part of the Air BNB community, I have met many great guests. I built the house listed passionately building it as my own home. I have since moved on and now take great pleasure in seeing others enjoying it when they stay. I love to travel, ski in the winter, and have recently obtained my private pilots license that allows me to see our lovely country from the skies. Best Wishes Matt The property is located down a cobbled ally way that has shared access to the cottage, our neighbours house and our house. So we are never far away. We will respect your privacy but equally you may see us around in the garden etc and we are always around for help, assistance or questions if you need us.

This is a wonderful cottage / coach house located in an amazing location in Christchurch town centre immediately opposite the river, the Ruins and Priory with direct access to the town. It’s peacefully located down a small gated cobbled ally way behind a Georgian town house. The cottage is nautical and Cosey but with all the amenities you need for your stay.
