Our modern beach-front, room-only accommodation, with floor to ceiling windows boasts stunning views over the Solent to the Isle of Wight. Free parking directly in front of your own private entrance. Your room offers a king size bed with luxury linen & towels, an en-suite shower room, flat screen TV & free WIFI, a hair dryer, iron & ironing board are also included with beverage making facilities with a wide selection of teas and coffees. Close proximity to both HMS COLLINGWOOD and HMS SULTAN. We have put into place a number of extra measures to ensure you can stay safety with us i.e enhanced cleaning between guests, including complimentary hand sanitiser and cleaner and no one will enter your room during your stay and a key safe ensures that our guests can check in out of hours.
It is of the utmost importance that our guests enjoy their stay, we live on site and will be available to help our guests as much or as little as required. We are happy to advise on where the best restaurants, pubs, shops etc are located.
Located on the seafront in the sought after area of Lee-on-the-Solent, within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, pubs and amenities. With stunning panoramic coastal views across the Solent towards the Isle of Wight. It is less than 80 miles by road from London with easy access by coach and train. The Southampton, Portsmouth and Isle of Wight ferry ports are also within easy reach. Southampton airport links the South Coast with more than 40 destinations in Britain and Europe. The award winning shopping and leisure Gunwharf Quays, is fast becoming Britain's favourite waterfront destination, is within easy reach via the Gosport ferry, with over 20 cosmopolitan bars and restaurants as well as nightclubs, a multiplex cinema and bowling. HMS Warrior 1860 stands within a mile of Portsmouth's newest landmark, the Spinnaker Tower.
