Today, it’s been reimagined as a bold, stylish holiday home, where heritage charm meets creative design and modern comforts. The light-filled living room features dual-aspect sash windows, two deep Loaf sofas, a cosy working fireplace, and a 64-inch Samsung Smart TV with streaming and live channels. Rich textures, Soho Home lighting, and a Moroccan rug set the tone for laid-back luxury. A dog bed is also provided for four-legged guests. The striking kitchen blends sleek navy cabinetry, warm wood floors, and marble splashbacks. Fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, Smeg dishwasher and microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, and cafetière, it’s perfect for cooking and entertaining. A colourful Hay dining table anchors the space. Outside, the secure rear yard is ideal for pets and includes two small outbuildings, one with a washer for guest use. Upstairs, the main bedroom offers a king-size bed, vintage furniture, and two large sash windows. The second bedroom has a zip-and-link bed, adaptable as a double or twin. Both feature quality linens, soft lighting, and calming décor. The modern bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, sash window, towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer.
