I am a Silver Surfer and granny to 9 beautiful grandchildren. Property and interior design are my passion, as well as making and decorating birthday cakes for my grandchildren. I love travelling and have been to many far flung places such as Zambia, Rio and Dubai. I have a massive bucket list with many more destinations such as Bali, The Bahamas and Cuba yet to work on. This charming house features colourful accents inspired by the vibrant Kingfisher bird, with blue and orange elements woven throughout the property. This property is within easy travel to Kingsbury Water Park, The Belfry and Birmingham's NEC. Birdwatchers, cyclists and hikers will all find an abundance of places to visit when staying at The Kingfisher, we recommend Shustock Reservoir and Middleton Lakes, not too far from the property. If you are travelling with children, Drayton Manor is a local theme park which serves as a great family day out. Those of you travelling for business purposes may be interested to discover that this property is an easy commute to The NEC, Hams Hall, the Oil Depot and HS2, to name a few. Important: We take great pride in our properties and, as such we are committed to protecting them, ensuring they are kept in first class condition for all our guests, present and future to enjoy. With that in mind, we have made the difficult decision to insist all guests pay a refundable damage deposit prior to arrival. Upon booking we will ask that you please forward your email address as soon as possible. In order to pass our security checks, we require the lead booker for each stay to electronically sign and return our terms and conditions, together with a photo of your government issued ID, (either your passport or driving license) and a selfie. We will then invoice you for the damage deposit. once received, we will forward your check in details prior to your arrival. Please ensure you complete your booking validation prior to check-in. Refunds will be processed 72 hours after departure providing no damage has taken place or any need for specialist cleaning and can take up to 10 day to appear in your account.Failure to clean up after your dog will result in the forfeit of the damage deposit.Dogs are charged at twenty pounds pdpn.

There is also a small co-op just 2 minutes walk from the property for you to stock up on any essentials or may need. PLEASE NOTE. We are happy to accept up to 2 well behaved dogs which is charged separately at 5GBP per night. The damage deposit for guests with pets will increase to 250GBP per stay. Please advise us upon booking if you wish to bring your dog along with you. Guests with canine companions Dogs must be house trained All excrement MUST be removed from the premises and deposited in the correct wheelie bin. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture including beds Under no circumstances can dogs be left unattended in the property.
