Our renovated and extended 1920s cowshed is a cosy retreat, with woodburner and underfloor heating. It is 1 mile from the historic Pantiles of Tunbridge Wells and mainline station where London can be reached in around 50 minutes. It is possible to walk down to town in around 20 minutes. The Cow Shed sits on the Kent and East Sussex border in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty within easy reach of National Trust properties and rural walks.
With its wide range of eating places and shops, Tunbridge Wells is a great base from which to explore the beautiful Garden of England.
The owners live alongside the Cowshed but respect your privacy.
We are passionate about discovering new places, meeting interesting people and tasting delicious local food and wine. We love Architecture and Interior Design.
If we are unable to meet guests on arrival, there is a key safe for convenience.
We are one of only 4 properties up a farm track.
It is possible to walk into Tunbridge Wells in about 20 minutes or less than 5 minutes by car or taxi. The train station is 5 minutes drive away.
