Having been lovingly and painstakingly renovated during the past year, we have been open since August 2015. A Grade II listed 19th century building dates back to 1876 offering 16 beautiful bedrooms, eight of which are sea facing. Each room is decorated with solid wood furniture, and is equipped with a flat screen TV, team coffee making equipment and an en suite bathroom stocked with toiletries.

Situated opposite Lowestoft's award winning Blue Flag beach and within the up and coming Kirkley area of the town. Lowestoft has a fine shopping area and there are several lovely parks and gardens. Nearby you have the Marina Theatre, Africa Alive wildlife park, The Transport Museum and also just up the road you have Somerleyton Hall and Gardens. We are also close to Oulton Broad, Southwold and Norwich.
