Private, comfortable house set in the heart of the renowned 'Chutes'.
The Apartment Annexe is self-contained with its own entrance, kitchen (with seating area) and terrace.
The Loft Suite is within our home with a shared entrance. It consists of a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and it's own private living room with TV - all contained in it's own private first floor loft space. It is accessed by a dedicated staircase that leads into your loft living room. Note the living room does not have it's own door.
Guests have use of a separate kitchenette/eating area located on the ground floor at the bottom of the loft staircase.
Only 15 minutes drive from Andover yet secluded and quiet with lovely country walks. Excellent local pub (1.3 miles away) - a Top 20 Country Pub by The Times (May 2017) in Lower Chute. Convenience stores open 7 till late, a five minute drive (Ludgershall).
WiFi is a reasonable 10MB download speed.
We've lived at The Old Dairy for 12 years and love it here. We have a well natured Jack Russell dog, Ozzie, and two cats.
Chute Forest is a hamlet near Andover, Ludgershall, Tidworth, Tangley, Hatherdon, Wildhern and other villages. Also approx 20-30 mins from Highclere Castle/Downton Abbey; Stonehenge, Hungerford, Marlborough, Newbury, Basingstoke, and Southampton (add 15 mins)
